2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for exchange

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Once verified, Splendid Shop will arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.

• Approved cases may qualify for an exchange or store credit only

• Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances and at management discretion

7. Items Returned Without Approval

Items sent back without prior communication or approval will not be accepted and may not be returned to the sender.

8. Shipping Costs

• Original delivery fees are non-refundable

• Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error originated from Splendid Shop
